Steve Vasturia connected twice from behind the arc in overtime as Notre Dame erased a late deficit on the road to take its ACC opener. After trailing by five with two minutes left in overtime, Vasturia knotted the game at 75 with his first three-pointer of the extra period. The senior guard connected from the left wing with 3.8 seconds remaining for the game winner.
Notre Dame held Pitt to 27 of 72 (37.5 percent) shooting from the floor more than ten percent below their season average of 48.2. The Panthers ranked 41st in the country in field goal percentage coming into the game.
Junior forward Bonzie Colson recorded a double-double with 21 points and 14 rebounds to lead Notre Dame. Michael Young had 25 points, seven rebounds and seven assists for Pitt.
Notre Dame improves to 12-2 and Pitt drops to 11-3.

Sophomore guard Jalen Brunson netted a game-high 27 points for Villanova (14-0). Josh Hart recorded a double-double for the Wildcats with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Marcus Foster led Creighton (13-1) with 22 points.

Justin Robinson collected 14 points, seven assists and five rebounds as Virginia Tech (12-1) snapped a nine-game losing streak to Duke. Sophomore guard Luke Kennard scored 34 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Duke (12-2).

Sophomore forward Deng Adel paced Louisville (12-2) with 17 points, four rebounds and four assists. Thomas Bryant (Bishop Kearney) scored eight points, grabbed three rebounds and added an assist for Indiana.

Przemek Karnowski netted 19 points while handing out seven assists and grabbing five rebounds to lead Gonzaga (14-0).
GEORGIA TECH 75 No. 9 NORTH CAROLINA 63
Josh Okogie tallied 26 points while Ben Lammers added 11 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Georgia Tech (9-4) upset of North Carolina (12-3).

Sophomore guard Dwayne Bacon led Florida State (14-1) with 29 points including the game-winning three-pointer with two seconds left on the clock. Freshman guard Kyle Guy came off the bench to score 14 points and grab three rebounds to lead Virginia (11-2).

Edmond Sumner celebrated his birthday with a career-high 28 points, along with eight rebounds and six assists to lead Xavier (12-2). LJ Peak collected 21 points, six rebounds and three assists for Georgetown (8-6).

Junior center Jock Landale scored 14 points and corralled nine rebounds to lead Saint Mary’s (12-1).

Freshman guard Quinton Rose (Bishop Kearney) scored seven points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out four assists for Temple.
