After finishing the season 38-18, Brownsten and his University of Pittsburgh Panther teammates fell short of earning an automatic berth to the Regionals of College World Series. The Panthers will have to wait and see if their resume is enough to earn an at-large bid and keep heir season alive.

The list of NBA players from Marist College is a short one. I am on that list. It does not matter that Marist had no history of NBA players before me, I was taken second overall. Yeah, I was humming a Jackson Five song all the way to training camp.
It was quite a stellar week of dominating performances. Those performances, however, have yet to show who is best as we near the finals for Lord Stanley’s Cup and the NBA’s Larry O’Brien trophy . So for this week, I’ll go across the pond to a club that finished its domination of 2009-2010: Inter Milan.
Ramey led the Riverhawk pitching staff in wins (7), starts (10) and innings pitched (69.2). The right-hander tossed two complete games, including a three-hit shutout at New Haven University. Ramey finished the season 7-4 with an ERA of 2.07 and nearly a four to one strikeout to walk ratio.
