I want to know who the guy was that looked at Bob Ryan and said to his collegues, “Yeah – I think we can put him on TV.” Knowledgable as he may be, he looks as though he could have been cast in Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” video sans make-up.

Best line I have read concerning today’s designating of Julio Lugo by the Red Saux:
    “The end of an error”
As good as Theo has been putting together the Saux, this was his worst signing…

Reynell – Between Bob Ryan and Dan Shaugnessy – Boston sports fans can best rest assured that the “Ugly Sticks” are in the front lines, speaking on their behalf.

When they created Napoleon Dynamite, were they looking at a picture of Shaughnessy?

Great to see you back on the Pine. The place hasn’t been the same without you.

Theo’s downfall at short began when he let Cabrera walk. Since then he’s been trying to compensate.

Good point, Casey. Ever since Theo had the foresight to replace Nomar with Cabrera–and a great move that turned out to be–that position has been a struggle for him.
